Care Instructions?
All of the work are high fired stoneware and use food safe glazes. All Wangs Thangs are microwave, oven and dishwasher safe; however be careful of thermal shock - such as pouring cold water into a cup still hot from being in the dishwasher.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process online orders in 2 business days. We use Australia Post and most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been sent.
What is your returns policy?
We do not accept returns for change of mind or if damaged after use. Once the ceramics have been unboxed and used, we are not responsible for any damage or cracks thereafter.
We do accept returns if the ceramics are damaged due to shipping. Please contact us within 2 business days with photos of your damaged items. We will try to replace the items if a replacement is available or refund the price of your items with the postage in full.
Please keep in mind that each piece is made handmade which means there will be variations in colour, sizing, shape and glaze effects. This is part of the beauty in handmade as each piece has their individual characteristics.
